When I was five months pregnant I was going for my normal doctor appointments and so far everything was going well. I had just gone to my sonogram and a few days later I got a call from my doctor. She had informed me that my baby was going to be born with a cleft lip and a cleft palate. My heart sank to the floor, I thought how could this happen? What did I do wrong?
